The C3 Lindale Leadership Team is ever growing, and we have a robust team of passionate followers of Christ who are like minded in equipping others for the work of the ministry.

Tim & Cheryl
Letsch

Lead Pastors

Pastor Tim is a multifaceted leader whose passions and talents span ministry, music, missions, and creating unique outreach initiatives. As a dedicated pastor, Tim brings decades of experience in guiding others in faith and fostering community. He serves not only as a spiritual mentor but also as a voice for impactful change through his involvement with RAÍZ Ministries, a missions organization serving the Dominican Republic. In addition to his many roles, Tim is the visionary behind the Mobile Santa outreach, a unique initiative designed to bring holiday joy and magic to communities.

Cheryl is a dedicated and thoughtful leader of many areas at C3 Lindale. She brings her management expertise to administration, supporting Pastor Tim, and WOH, the Women of Honor small group.

Tim and Cheryl's life are a testament to their commitment to service, creativity, and connection. Whether leading a congregation, captivating an audience, empowering global missions, or inspiring holiday joy, Tim and Cheryl embody purpose and passion in every endeavor.

Josh & Sheryl
Mason

Worship Directors

Josh and Sheryl Mason are the Worship Leaders at C3 Lindale. They stepped into this role in July 2024 and have brought a fresh perspective to shaping the direction of the Worship Team. Josh and Sheryl are always striving to be their most authentic selves, for better or worse, but are mindful to continue learning and growing in their personal walks with God.

In the daily mission filed outside of the church walls, Josh works as a City Superintendent and Sheryl is an Ultrasound Technologist at an ER in Tyler, Texas. They have been blessed with a loving, energetic nine-year-old son named Ronin. He loves God, math (surprisingly enough!), and playing football. You may even catch Josh on the sidelines coaching at Ronin’s games.

Sheryl and Josh both enjoy music, reading, traveling, gaming, and the occasional Dungeons & Dragons adventure. They feel humbled and blessed to be called to lead music at C3 and pray their small part in this ministry helps inspire and remind people to surrender their hearts in worship to the Lord daily. They look forward to worshipping with you on Sundays!

Graeson & Maegan
Letsch

Media Director & Executive Assistant

Graeson and Maegan Letsch both serve as staff members at C3 Lindale. They have been married since December 2022, and have a sweet little toddler, Matthew. If you spend any time at C3, you’re likely to see Matthew getting loved on by family members or hear him singing along when the worship team plays.

Graeson has been the Media Director since March of 2023. He has been mixing sound since 2019 and has a passion for working hard to make the worship team sound great. Graeson is currently attending TJC Nursing School and is expected to graduate in 2025 and will continue to further his education. His hopes are to be able to use nursing as a way to minister to individuals in the community.

Maegan currently serves as the Executive Assistant at C3. Prior to this role, she was the HR Manager at a local telecom company. She has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and has her SHRM-CP credentials. Maegan is also a vocalist on the worship team and enjoys being able to use music as a way to help others enter into the act of worship unto the Lord.

Emily & Chris
Bowdoin

Children's Director

Emily and Chris have been married for 18 years and have 5 children, ranging in age from 5 to 17. Chris and Emily have a child with special needs and are incredibly devoted to including all of God’s beautiful children individually.

Emily holds a bachelor’s in psychology with a concentration in Child & Adolescent development. She has worked for over 22 years with children in various roles, both with the military and with civilian organizations. She has extensive experience in designing treatment plans and curriculum for children with special needs and their families.

Recognizing at an early age that this was her calling, Emily is passionate about Kingdom-work by meeting children where they’re at and helping them to build relationships as well as interactive connection with one another through service to others.

Chris was active duty in the United States Air Force. Chris works as a Controls Specialist and has a lengthy background in automation and electrical instrumentation. There is not much that he cannot repair or fix, and his willingness to contribute to the Children’s program in presence and service is such a blessing to our church family. Emily and Chris are ecstatic and humbled to be able to lead, learn, love, and grow with the children at C3 Lindale.

Walt Bryant & Shelley
Cross

Small Groups & C3 Board Members

Walter Bryant and Shelley Cross wear many hats on the leadership team at C3 Lindale. They currently sit on the Board of Directors, serve as church Elders, and are the Inferno Small Group leaders.

Walter was born in Cleveland, OH, and raised in Sacramento, CA. He was born again in Christ at the age of 27. Walter was married to his first wife, Kim, for 38 wonderful years, until the Lord called her home. Walter met Shelley a few years later and they have been blessed in union by the Lord since 2023. Walter had a long career with the U.S. Postal Service and retired recently.

Shelley grew up in the Tyler area. She lived most of her adult life in Dallas and Houston but returned to Tyler for many years before moving to Hideaway. Upon her return to Tyler, Shelley worked as a full-time professor of accounting at Tyler Junior College and continued her tax practice part-time. She is currently retired from both teaching and tax services but continues to maintain her license as a Texas CPA. Shelley currently serves as Treasurer and chairs the Finance Committee of the Hideaway Lake Board of Directors.

Walt and Shelley both extend a warm welcome to anyone who enters through the doors of C3 Lindale and look forward to meeting you!

David & Neaty
Ingram

C3 Board Members

David and Neaty were married in June of 2003. David is a retired welder, and Neaty was in management prior to starting her own cleaning business that she retired from a few years ago. David had one son, Chris, who went to be with Jesus in March 2024. Neaty has three biological and two adopted children. The majority of their family lives in North Carolina, and they love when they are able to vacation with them.

David and Neaty both enjoy playing board games, especially Yahtzee, which they play almost every evening with their son, Bryan. They also love spending time with their daughter, Brianna, and her five sweet children.

David and Neaty have been partners at C3 Lindale for many years and serve as board members and elders. They are always working behind the scenes to help ministries succeed, have amazing servants' hearts, and you can always count on them to pray for you! The C3 Lindale church family has a very special place in Neaty and David's hearts. They appreciate each person and love to walk through life with them.

Amanda
Huerta

Bookkeeper

Amanda was born and raised in East Texas. She has been married to her husband, Eddie, for 23 years. Together, they have four wonderful children.

Amanda has worked in the accounting department with a 501c(3) missions organization for the past seven years and brings a well of knowledge to the C3 Lindale team as Bookkeeper.

She is grateful to be a partner at C3 Lindale and is excited to be part of a growing church community that shows the love of Christ in all that they do.
